Each order is prepared with Gaia Studio's meticulous packaging standards. When shipped, your tracking number is shared via e-mail.
Short delays may occur during public holidays and campaign periods. If you notice damage on delivery, we recommend that you file a report with the courier.

Return and Exchange

At Gaia Studio, all products are prepared in limited numbers and with a careful production approach.
For this reason, the products cannot be returned.
However, in case of size or model mismatch, a one-time exchange is possible under the following conditions

Change Period

You can request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of the product.

Terms of Exchange

- The product must be sent unused, with the label intact and in its original condition.

- Products with traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant or use will not be exchanged.

- User-induced deformation (tearing, ripping, pulling, etc.) is not covered by the exchange.

- For products sold as a set or set, only one piece cannot be exchanged; the entire set must be sent together.

- Exchanges can only be made once.

Change Process

1. Create your exchange request by sending an e-mail to info@gaiastudioofficial.com.

In the email, include your order number, your name and the reason for the exchange.

2.When your request is approved, our exchange address and shipping forwarding information will be sent to you via e-mail.

3.The shipping fee for exchange shipments is covered by Gaia Studio.

You can deliver it free of charge from the nearest cargo branch with the shipping code sent to you.

⚠️ We recommend careful packaging to prevent damage to the product during the shipping process.

Gaia Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by cargo.
