Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between the person who is a member of www.gaiastudioofficial.com (Member) and Gaia Studio (Sole Proprietorship).

2. Subject

The conditions for the member to benefit from the services offered on the site are determined.

3. Membership Conditions

-The member agrees that the information provided in the membership form is correct and up-to-date.

-Persons under the age of 18 cannot be a member.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Member

-Member cannot share account information with third parties.

-Cannot copy the contents of the site without permission or use them for commercial purposes.

-Member can request to close their account at any time.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Company

-The Company reserves the right to change the site content and policies.

-Memberships may be suspended or terminated when deemed necessary.

-The service may be temporarily suspended due to technical problems.

6. Privacy and KVKK

Personal data is processed and protected within the scope of KVKK. Details are included in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Site content, brand, designs and images are the property of Gaia Studio and cannot be used without permission.

8. Contract Amendments

The Company may make changes to the contract. As long as membership continues, these changes are deemed accepted.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to Turkish Law; Izmir Courts are authorized.
