Article 1 - Subject
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.gaiastudioofficial.com. Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation shall apply.

Article 2 - Product and Order Information
The type of products, quantity, sales price including taxes, shipping cost, payment and delivery information are shown to the buyer before the order is completed.

Article 3 - Delivery Conditions
1.Delivery time is between 2 - 7 working days.
2.Shipping fee is specified at the time of order.
3.Deliveries are made through third party cargo companies; Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery errors of the cargo company.

Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card, debit card, iyzico or other methods specified on the site. The contract enters into force when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
1.The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without specifying the reason.
2.The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics, hygiene products, personalized production, products with broken or used labels.
3.Withdrawal notification must be made to info@gaiastudioofficial.com.

Article 6 - Return Conditions
1.The product must be unused, unlabeled and in a resalable condition.
2.Return shipping fee belongs to the buyer (if there is no campaign).
3.The refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches the Seller.

Article 7 - Responsibilities of the Seller
1.Seller reserves the right to cancel the order due to stock problems, supply obstacles or force majeure.
2.In this case, the buyer will be notified and the payment will be refunded.

Article 8 - Confidentiality and KVKK
Buyer information is protected within the scope of the KVKK and privacy policy in force and is not shared with third parties.

Article 9 - Competent Court
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the buyer are authorized.
