RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Since our products are prepared individually with a limited number and careful production approach, returns are not made. However, in case of size or model incompatibility, a one-time exchange is possible under certain conditions.
You can request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of the product. The product must be sent unused, with the label intact and in its original condition. Products with makeup, perfume, deodorant or traces of use, tears or deformation will not be exchanged.
